Hikes for Tykes: Sensory Scavenger Hunt

Come and use your all of your senses as we go on a nature scavenger hunt on our Cypress boardwalk! Children will find items to touch, smell, listen to, see, and even taste (parental consent necessary for tasting)! Learn about animals found on our trails and how they use their senses to help them survive in the wild. Parents must accompany child at all times. This walk is stroller accessible. Appropriate for children ages 3 through 5 and their families. All who attend must wear close toed shoes. Please register by April 3rd by calling 275-3435. Included with regular admission, members are free.

What is a Herp? Come find out as we walk our Cypress Boardwalk trail in search of all the radical reptiles and amazing amphibians that call Calusa their home. Count lizards, listen for frog calls, and search for snakes. Parents must accompany child at all times. This walk is stroller accessible. Appropriate for children ages 3 through 5 and their families.
